RCTA IS NOW OFFERING TENNIS LESSONS.

TENNIS AS A WAY OF LIFE!

Everyday is tennis day and the Roseville Community Tennis Association wants you to seize every moment of your life as an opportunity to discover all the wonders of this truly wonderful sport.

Grab a tennis racquet and a friend and get to the courts. You will see that tennis can be just the fitness vehicle you have been looking for.

Consider any day as your opportunity for a test drive.

Tennis is a heart-healthy sport as documented by a recent study at John Hopkin University that showed that middle-aged men who stayed active in tennis more than any other activity, had a significantly lower incidence of cardiovascular disease as they aged.

It is a sport where you can meet people, make new friends, involve the whole family and convert them to playing for life.

It is, after all, a sport that can be enjoyed by every age and every ability level. You are never too old or never too young to enjoy playing tennis.
